A little snippet of our singing.
What a wonderful festive season we are having. We have loved performing at The Royal Concert Hall and Belvoir Castle. We have also lived playing for residents of Orston.
Our first performance of the Year at the finale of the Newark Umbrella project. We had so much fun singing to the shoppers and parents.

We absolutely loved singing at the Singing Hub Schools festival today. The children were incredible and did us proud!
Today we sang for the residents of Orston. It is always so special to meet some of the residents of Orston, especially when some of them came to this school a very long time ago.
We loved singing at Belvoir Castle this week. It was truly magical singing in such a beautiful historical place. We sang our hearts out.

Our Snack & Sing Choir loved singing at Belvoir Castle. What a beautiful setting to be invited to sing in.
We just love to sing! Our Christmas repertoire!

Our Rushcliffe Singing Celebration. We do love being a Singing Hub School! The children in EYFS, Year 1 & Year 2 thoroughly enjoyed singing with children from other Rushcliffe schools.
We loved singing for some of the Orston residents. Some of the school council served mince pies and some instrumentalists played as well.
We have lots of exciting events coming up and we cannot wait to share our Christmas songs with everyone!

Although we can’t snack & sing at the minute, we are singing in our bubbles. We cannot wait for The Virtual Big Sing live from Abbey Road Studios on the 1st July.

We had the privilege of singing at Belvoir Castle today and Miss Wrench and I couldn’t be prouder.
What an honour to sing in somewhere so beautiful!
Christmas Lullaby
Miss Wrench chose this beautiful lullaby for us and our Year 5 and 6 girls sang it so very beautifully. Not a dry eye in the room!
Year 3 sang so beautifully at our ‘Big Sing’ with Elston and Langar!

Year 6 are becoming quite the experts creating music in garage band on the iMac computers.
Year three are going to join Elston and Langar for a Big Sing event organised by ourselves and the Nottinghamshire Music Hub! We are so proud to be a Singing Hub School.

Year 4 adopted a Halle player and loved their workshop.
Two pupils sing and play with the Northern Musical Theatre Orchestra! What an amazing and incredible achievement! We are so proud!
As part of our Music lessons in Year 2 we have been doing some composition. The children got very creative!
Y6 are progressing well with their clarinets. Mrs Whitehead leads whole class instrumental tuition and the music curriculum each Thursday afternoon.
