In Science we have been learning about plants. We investigated flowers by taking them apart and looking at the different parts. We then made some potions with what we had left!

In R.E we learnt about the Easter story and what happens during the Holy week. We created mini Easter gardens and planted seeds.
We watched our chicks hatch and grow. It was truly wonderful!
We have been planting some beans in Science and we're now observing them grow.

World Book Day! We had a Harry Potter, Mary Poppins, Alice in Wonderland, Mad Hatter and many more brilliant characters!
Our first week ice skating! We were truly brilliant!
We began our topic this half term by looking at hot and cold climates.
We are beginning our new topic Materials in Science!
We went on a bear hunt to kick off our bear topic in English!
We had lots of fun mixing colours in Art!
We had an amazing week celebrating and learning about the Hindu festival Diwali.
In English we have been looking at the story book Olga da Polga. We also had a surprise visit from the real Olga da Polga!
Our topic in Science has been animals including humans. We had lots of fun exploring and investigating and also had a visit from Annie the vet!
