We were honoured to be invited to St Helena's Church, Thoroton to a service of Thanksgiving to celebrate the nursing profession and commemorate the life of Ethel Gordon Fenwick. Our Pupil Parliament children read their reflections about their learning of Ethel and they did us proud. They spoke with confidence to a church full of special guests and dignitaries and their manners were impeccable throughout the service and the refreshments afterwards.
